Walk-in
This has always been the most popular service. All our customers love our repair centres and receive the best customer experience.
Mail-in
This has proved a popular service for our customers who knew we were the best repair company but just didn’t have the time to get to a repair centre. We still tried as hard as we could to give them the same customer experience.
Express
This is a new service we have created. Courier picks up from a London address, we repair the device and courier it back over! This has already proved to a very popular. Again our customer experience is still there.
VIP
The ViP service is the worlds first mobile iPhone repair service. Our technicians will travel anywhere in the world to repair an iPhone. We also have NDAs to sign and actually carry out the repair in front of the client.
Along with all that the client receives a Fix My iPhone ViP Kit which has a few special extras.

This is a free service which will set the standard for re-selling iPhones on sites like eBay and Gumtree. This also give the user piece of mind that their iPhone has had a ‘check up’. We carry out an iMOT with every repair. The customer receives an iMOT certificate which is viewable on our website by entering the serial code of the device.
